Two weeks worth of pictures up and ready for viewing!
Sunday we picked up a new toy at Target. Its a little bug with four legs that you can pull down and let go. When you let go it vibrates on its way back up. I have never seen such a honestly shocked expression on any face before. When I pull the bug down you completely startle, legs and arms flail and eyes become huge. The same things happens when I let it go. However, if I put it in your grip and let you let-go of it, its no longer scary. I guess I should take this as a lesson. Nothing is quite as frightening than things you cannot control.
Even when it is only a little pull toy with vibrating action

Today we took the light rail from the medical center to the museum district then visited the Tot-Spot at the Children’s Museum. Lots of under 3 year olds running all over! We sat and talked with some other parents about all sorts of things. Everyone thought you were the cutest. You were hungry right on time then went into quiet alert mode, looking and listening to everything. That must have been quite stimulating because you have slept hard all the way home.

After Much Delay! Two new Galleries have been posted!
No revelations today. Just reviewing, yesterday we went with grandma Lois to Ikea to pickup a couple of nick-knacks and storage bins so that we can get rid of the last few card board boxes that have been hanging around the apartment. We are now box free in the common areas of the apartment and will consolidate what remains the best we can. We have to plan ahead for when you are starting to move on your own. At Ikea we met another stay at home parent and her daughter. We are looking forward to seeing them again on Friday.
Maybe this time you will be awake more 🙂
Today is Mom’s first full day at the office. She is going to miss you even though she will be coming home for lunch. All four of us (Dad, Mom, Jamie, and You) walked in to her building. Even though it was only 7:30 am, it was still very humid and warm. Dad sweat a lot.
Now it is off to Lowes to find some shims to try and make something in this apartment level.
New Pictures in the Gallery!
Today, an adopted grandma from church, Linda, came over to hold, feed, play with and watch you all morning and afternoon so that Mom could pack some boxes in the kitchen. Your fingernails were really long and sharp, and Mom was laying in wait for a good quiet moment to cut them. In the meantime, Mom put these awesome little sock gloves on your hands that we got from the hospital to keep you from scratching things. They look like miniature white, fuzzy boxing gloves. When you wave your arms around while waking up, it looks like you are training for the ultra-ultra-ultra featherweight title.
