One would think this would be obvious, but if not, here’s what we have learned about waterworks and diaper changes today:

If there is a dirty but dry diaper, there could be spray. We were warned about this situation.
If there is a dirty and wet diaper, there could still be spray.
If there is a clean but wet diaper, there could also still be spray.

Therefore, wet diaper does not necessarily = no spray.
